Renal Transplantation in Patients with Sarcoidosis: A French Multicenter Study.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that renal transplantation may be carried out safely in transplant candidates with sarcoidosis. Recurrence is not rare and is likely to affect graft outcome.
